5* crystals sub feature heroes

If I purchase feature crystal today and hold it until July....will the sub feature heroes that transmute to regular 5* crystal in July still be available in the crystal I'm holding?

Are 5* champs that have not done a second run yet included in the sub feature ? Eg. iceman psylock
