To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. I have read recently a comment from a mod that constructive posts have been lacking for quite some time. Maybe if the game were bug free posts would be positive and less negative. Just a thought. (Insert mic drop)

I've tried to respond to at least three different threads, and they were deleted BEFORE I could finish a two line comment. Are you honestly even listening to your customers?
No amount of thread deletion is going to silence the crowd this time. Kabam, the people have spoken. It’s time to deal with the issues “they” deem important and not the glad handing that has been going on of late.
The gifts are not related to the maintenance issues. Occasionally the Team will send out different gifts to different users. If you did not receive a gift this time, you may receive one in the future. We do understand your concerns and will pass these to our team.
