The special Gift

I'm trying to understand how I didn't get the special gift but everyone i have talk too got one. I had the same issue the other day with being kick out of dungeons because of connection issue and when i was able to get back on my champs were done and i couldn't use them, or had to refresh them with units.

    This was already been answered.
    There are X players in this game. Y of them got a gift. This Y players were chosen randomly.

    That great to know But i have played this game since Summer of 2015 and have never received any of the special gift. It very irritating!!!

    So tired of people crying about not getting a gift... kabam said its random. Some people got gifts, some didn’t. Next time maybe you get a gift and someone else doesn’t
