How to get energy refills.

I want know if there is any other way to get energy refills other than buying them.

    Monthly calendar, arena crystals, quest crystals.

    You used to be able to farm them from a quest in act 4 but it doesn't work for me anymore so I guess they shut it down. You can still sometimes find them in quests you've already run and just quit the quest after you get it but it's tedious to look.
