Doctor Strange Sp2...

So, I've been noticing with Dr. Strange's sp2 that I can't chain it out of a combo sometimes. Often, I can, but every so often my opponent will block the attack. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have had the problem with Scarlett Witch. I don't use DS, but I'll test him out.
