Anyone else having issue w the “request help” feature?

The last week or so I’m having an issue w all my requests for help seemingly reset themselves. I’ll run my teams in arena, requesting help along the way....then when having to back out of arena for whatever reason, upon returning it shows I have to re request!!! It’s happened intermittendly the last week or so, but today is happening EVERYTIME I come back to run arena....

Anyone else by chance dealing with this?
