War temporarily disabeld??

Does anyone know why I can’t start War? It’s says Temporarily Disabeld.

Most people start war on Wednesday as soon as it's open, you can get three wars in until next Tuesday. That way you always have Tuesday off from war.

It is disabled Sunday night all the way to Wednesday been like that for a long time it is so the weekly maintenance doesn't interfere with anyone's war
