Just pulled a 2nd 5* luke cage is he alright? Or bad?

He's pretty good with a high sig level. After his buff, he's risen to the mid-high tier.

I would put him higher than mid-tier. He is more like demi-god tier in my opinion. I've been using him in AQ and AW (Attack) and he has been doing great! I'm currently Tier 7 in AW. Not the top, but not the bottom either, just FYI. I also used my 4* awakened LC against Uncollected Thanos and he was MVP against the second Thanos! 5* awakened would be great at R4.
