AW penalty without proper investigation

I have 7 accounts registered under my own name since 2yrs ago and toke over 3 accounts from retired friends who gave up on kabam.

Thus with 10 accounts of mine , I’ve been playing alliance war since before season was introduced.

All of the sudden, my alliance war rating was deducted 300 ratings and season points deducted 1million !

Which Terms have I violated by playing with my own accounts ? Or is it a violation to register more than 1 account in the game ??!

Kabam decided to throw me the penalty without sending any notice for clarification or proper investigation.

Those retired accounts aren’t yours. Still account sharing even if they aren’t logging into their own accounts anymore. The accounts aren’t their property to hand away.
