WHY CANT WE START AW MATCHING?

it has been two days that our alliance cannot start aw, we wrote dozens of emails to you but you didnt reply.
we reported an alliance for account sharing and then we cannot start aw since
please give us an answer
and also will it be compensation
cause we are one war behind than other alliances
