Game issues or crashes while playing dungeon

Just started a Dun6 round and aa we were about to complete room connection error shows up. And we lost points and top champs for round how fair is that

And this is why I will never do dungeons right at reset... we all know kabam servers are generally unstable and I assume there is always some level of surge at dungeon reset (similar to surge as arena winds down with a good basic champ... like tomorrow there is high risk of connection issues)

I hope Kabam gives some compensation -> not a ton but a day or two worth of dungeon infinity dust / dark artifacts to make up for a lot of people one time or another getting screwed in dungeons due to game going down. No dungeon day doesn't count for this.

Well Kabam should reset champs timer for everyone. Problem solved.

Yeah that MS is sweet I must say 😁. It is frustating that this keeps happening without any response or compensation from Kabam

That is actually a great and simple solution. Every emergency maintenance just reset all dungeon cooldowns. Sure some weren't affected or others would have longer 6* cooldown still ticking but its a simple gesture that limits frustration. At the recent rate we would have all our champs refreshed daily!
