War prizes and result [Merged Threads]

We haven’t received the prizes or the result of the last war, Anyone else with the same issue?

Our war ended an hour ago and we haven't got the results of whether we won or lost yet. We aren't able to start a new war in the meantime. If I try to start matchmaking, it says an error has occurred, please try again later.

War will be offline soon, are we going to miss out on a war because of this?

Here also No results and no rewards en we can not start a new war!!

Aw is done for over 2 hours ago and no results, champs are locked so we can not use them for Aq!!!!!!

We Are missing AW Rewards and results from our last war that ended over an hour ago.. our champs have Been released But no Rewards or result. It appears that the war never was played..

WOW, we have this problem since last Aw maitenance .
We lost whole week AW seascon scores !!!!
Same problem , didn't receive scores and rewards from the last one match. And appear Error notification when push find match buttom.

Kabam please give us an response and compensation!

Quick update:

The team is aware of this issue and working ASAP to get it resolved. Once we have more information about it, we'll drop it here for y'all. Going to merge threads to keep it all together.

Are we getting any compansation for loosing a war?? I know several allies dont have this problem and will Get an advantage...

Honestly, if Kabam can’t fix this before matchmaking ends in 3 hours (and allow all of the alliances a shot at another war), then they will have to award season points to each ally affected.

Points will need to be provided at each groups current multipler with the assumption that 100% completion is obtained.

Anything less will skew the ranks for all alliances and create an unfair advantage/disadvantage for every alliance currently in the game.

@Kabam Vydious where’s the update on matchmaking?!? Season ranks are dropping here without our points from the most recent AW series and we’re still unable to start the third matchmaking series... Not cool fellas!

This affects our war seasons points. Are we going to get some sort of fix within the next 11 minutes? Or do we suffer because we didn't start it up early?

What's going to happen if war matchmaking closes before this issue is resolved? I assume that we will be compensated for our missed season points because we are going to be way behind if we miss one war.

WOW.....we missed the last war earlier batch because of this, lost 500 ranks.

Now, after almost 6 hours finishing the war, no rewards, and can't start a new war, and will again miss another war........ seasons is already pressure, not it's more pressure
