    It is a repeat featured with no outstanding properties. About 6 million.

    I personally do not have any issue with discussing cut offs. But if you know enough to know there is such a thing as a cutoff, you should be aware that you are painting a bullseye on your forehead if you randomly ask people to make predictions. It is a controversial topic, and it is also practically a meme template in the community.
