Still no AW rewards or War outcome

Hi. Our alliance has still not received notification of the outcome of the last war, nor the rewards- and yet we have been moved down a level which makes no sense. What is the problem please Kabam? This is bot acceptable for a loyal and active supporter of the game.

Our team is currently looking into the problem and we have a main thread about it HERE where we'll put an update as soon as we have more information.
