In what order should I rank up to level 4 my four stars?

So I finally have three tier 1 Alphas used one to rank up my Thor and then no more of the tier 4 catalysts. When I can finally acquire my tier 4 catalysts what are your recommendations of who I should rank up first ?I have Quake, Punisher 2099, Deadpool (x-force), and The Hood all at R3 L30 waiting.

Hood then Quake.

Hood plays a lot like Scarlet Witch. He can stagger opponents, preventing them from gaining buffs (helpful against champs like Hyperion). Very straightforward fight style. His Invisibility helps a ton against projectile special attacks.

Quake is a demi-god champ for her ability to take down Mystic champs without ever landing a hit. Her play style is a little harder to do, but once you get it she is amazing.

Don't rank up Punisher or DP anymore.

Quake first.

The only time you get hit is on a stun immune, true strike or power gain.

Quake first, for sure. Learn how to use her and you can beat some of the most difficult fights in game with ease. The Hood is also great and I really want him but there are better mystics out there. Punisher 2099 is pretty lame and probably too clunky to use in difficult content, and dpxf is probably top 10 worst champs in game

Quake is a god, once you get her style down she is brilliant. Hood is an outstanding medusa/hype killer. Pun 2099 has lot of different utilities. Power lock, heal block, stun, etc.

Dpx is fun quester but not that great at much of anything. Good bleeds on l2/l3 but not much more
