Why didn't I became my Void in 4*?

I opened a PHC and the Crystal rolled over to Void 4* but when I went to my Roster,Kabam can you please help me somehow?

The roulette is just to make it look interesting, and to taunt you so that you spend money on more crystals. What you get out of the crystal is pre-determined.
