Did saw few members in my alliance has received Nebula + other gift (Marvel Insiders) from Kabam, but I didn't received any. Kindly look into it.

Are you a member of marvel insider? If not then that's why you didn't get anything, if you are then you would need to contact them and prove you have the points and have used them to redeem the rewards.

It has nothing to do with kabam for the most part, and they can't help you with anything that relates to marvel insider since it's a separate enity that is beneficial to both parties and us.
