Could you clarify your question, please? Do you mean OG Thor or Thor (Ragnarok)? The newest Thor, Ragnarok version, was released late last year; both current versions of Thor are playable characters. I'm not aware of any other Thor being released at this time.

Also, what is it about Thanos (which version of Thanos do you mean? the OG Thanos or this month's event quest boss) that is the only way to fight new Thor? If you can clarify this, I can help you with other counters to Thor. I'm assuming you mean the power gain at 20 hits or the shocks on the SP3, or i it something else?

Yes He is talking about Thor infinity war. When he gets Stormbreaker. And no I don't think we are going to get one and I don't think we need one. We have 2 Thor's already and instead of adding a new one I believe they should update champs or make new champs we've never seen before
