Constant issues landing an SP2

Others having this issue like I am? 80% of the time when I go to chain an sp2 after any combo the defender is already blocking the attack.

Yup. Allllll too frequently. Kind of like being smashed in the face immediately following anyone’s SP3 being used. Oh wait, they said they were fixing that! Uuhhh...nope. Still happens.
