Is Archangel Broken? [Not a Bug]

Act 5.2.4. Archangel against Antman. Used SP3 but Antman is not getting stunned. Anyone else facing the issue?

    This would definitely be a big reason for why the stun didn't happen! This particular node has the ability to immediately remove a triggered debuff every 7 seconds.
