4 or 5 star artifacts crystals

Why there is only 3 star artifacts crystals available in my account ....my level is 30

That is because you don't have the prestige required to unlock those crystals. At level 30 you're basically a beginner so you won't access to 4 or 5 star dark artifacts crystals.
