Is this normal ?

So I have BW duped on high sig value and I was playing arena against Winter soldier. Now this guy hits me with sp2 and I blocked it .
But surprisingly in the middle of sp2 BW decided to evade and was hit by the last 3 or 4 bullets and started to bleed .
Now is this a normal behaviour . With so many posts about bugs I didn't want to write the same on the topic discussion. .

This is the evade bug that is supposed to be fixed with the next update.
