Infinity Dungeon points lost

Hi, Me & a stranger were playing infinity dungeon and we did 3 rooms of R5, i clicked on Start next room after he finished the fight but he was struck with that final boss, i restarted the app & could see boss intact, I fought the final boss and then again i clicked on start next room but he was stuck on that same page, after 20 mins of struggle we lost all the points. I am having just
enough artifacts that if i play all the days till last then i will be able to buy 5* star champ but if this keeps happening, people quitting game wont be long, I have attached screenshot too.
