why banned

why am i banned for 720hrs ,this is second times in this month, whats my acc problem, first time for 170hrs now for 720hrs maybe next time permanently??!! i have spent 1year of my time

They just banned my wife for no reason. We are paying customers and never violated ANY terms of service. If they don’t fix this immediately we are going to do chargebacks and file with the BBB. Maybe if everyone else does they will learn to not ban inappropriately.
