Duped iso not dropping

Hi, has anyone else found when duping a 4* they are not receiving any iso, I always have before but the last 2 dupes haven't brought me any iso, not sure if it's a bug or a game mechanic?

You don’t get it if duping from arena or the dungeon crystals. How were yours duped?
