Well I purchased during the visa downtime not knowing that it was going on. So now I was charged and didn't get the package. Fun times!

Should be an easy fix with support if you hit a receipt or invoice showing the charge and nothing posted to the account after paying. Forum here though... use the support option in game to open a ticket.
