Not recieving quest rewards

I've completed many quest, yet I don't receive the rewards shown for completing them. I.E... crystals and catalyst, this had been since I started playing the game. I don't know if it's a glitch or technical error on the behalf of kabam. I just want the rewards they show I've earned after quest completions. They're not in my stash or inventory. Showed 10 people last night and they mentioned their going through the same nonsense.
