Unfair

Here is the entire issue that has happen to me!
2 weeks ago I bought a Google play card for my clash royale game that I play. As a reward I got marvel rewards I said why not it looked good. So I downloaded and started playing I started liking it then really started liking it I started putting in more and more hours into the game! I started getting good champions and started spending money by the 100s! I was in versus I got Thor and blade I placed in the top 10% by staying on the game for 12-16 hours during the weekend! I woke up the day after the 2nd Thor and went to versuses to see where I finished I was hoping I did good I had 1.8m pts I then noticed there was no completed or any vurses and my clan was asking for help? I noticed something was wrong so I went to the forums and I sent a mail I got a reply saying that a lot of people where experiencing this and to wait. I then get another reply saying that I was suspended for 30 days for third party or account sharing which is untrue to the fullest! I never used anything to cheat I'm a legit 100% pure player and I never shared my account with anyone what so ever!!!! Then I get another mail saying I was banned I've tried countless times to prove my innocence and there very unfair won't even listen or let me show them I'm legit! They punished me for being to active you can't be serious!!! I've fought them for 2 almost 3 days now! I sent several messages and think I made them upset as there now saying my account is permanently suspended from the arena!!!! If this is the case legal action will be taken and I will get a fair trial there! All I wanted was to show and prove my innocence I'm a good person and I expected them to be to. What do I do now? They've take the vurses out of my gameplay and forced me to basically start over.......... I'm not a rich person I won't get what I had back do I quit and start a movement to help the next innocent player they do this to or do I conntinue to argue my case and fight this wrong doing! Please help.....
