Have Some Alliance War Boosts been Removed from the Loyalty Store?

So since last war ended on Monday, I've been watching the Loyalty store like a hawk, specifically to pick up 2 boosts that I've run out of: the Combat Regen and the Invulnerability boosts. I've check ever day, twice a day at the timer resets and unless I just happened to miss it by some weird chance (again I've been checking every day twice a day), then those two boosters haven't' appeared all week. I've seen special 3 defense boost and power start boosts but no Combat Regen and no Invulnerability boosts.
Is it just my account they're not showing for? Did I miss them? Have they been removed? Or is the appearance of any particular boosts completely RNG and I've just been unlucky getting arguably the bests two boosts to appear?
