War boosts - random or specific day/cycle for each?

I'm looking to get some combat regen boosts from the loyalty store. Will they be available there on a specific day (if so, what day of the week?), or are the available war boosts random?

Same here. I just posted about this. I’ve been watching all week for regen and invulnerability boosts and they’ve not popped up once for me
