Kicked player joined aw (after being kicked)

I kicked a member before starting matchmaking and he still somehow joined aw. How is that possible? It's showing him as "withdrawn" but he shouldn't have been able to join.

He prob got annoyed and used magic for kicking him

In the four weeks since he joined, he never once donated, always got wiped in aq, and in aw, if he didn't get wiped, it was because he never bothered showing back up after one fight or so. About the worst type of member.

So bad, in fact, that he even joined aw after being kicked. Has to be magic.

Garden Gnomes are responsible. Please forward all complaints and requests to their "Don't Care" PO Box, and someone will come and uproot your lawn in 3-4 months while singing "I'm an Oscar Meijer Weinner" for 12 hours straight through a megaphone
