5* yondu worth ranking?

Just got a 5* yondu and don't have much knowledge on him don't have even in either a 4 or 3* have enough to take a tech to r4 is it worth the resources in him?

He's a decent bleed champion with amazing heal block. If you got no better heal block Champions I'd say it's worth it
