Artifact crystal rotation

I was curious as to if I will get a chance to buy the crystal with Ghost Rider in it? The countdown on this current rotation ends on the 6th and in my opinion it’s not really fair that in the first week there’s no way to get enough materials for it and if you didn’t have time to get them prior to last week your stuck with crystals you have 0 interest in. Basically gave two weeks of hard core dungeons for a chance at that rotation.

I think they should all be available on the 6th for purchase just to be fair to everyone.
