Why is kabam only fair to paying players?

I understand that they need to make money too, but this is getting ridiculous. I was super excited that Deadpool might be coming back to arenas, but obviously you have to spend money to even have a chance to win him. Same with goldpool who I thought might be available as an arena champ, but it looks like he will be exclusive to the arena which only the whales will compete in. The gold crystals probably have about as much a chance to drop a gold pool, as a max sig crystal has to drop an immortal iron fist. I hope he will be available in arenas, but if not that’s going to suck. When kabam finally releases a decent Deadpool, of course he has to be exclusive to only top players

Its a business. Of course they would cater to the bigger spenders. If they don’t, then we have no game at all

Deadpool arena has always only been available to players that paid money to buy a 3 star version of him. It has been that way for years. Just like 4 star and 5 star classic Vision was only available to players that bought him.

Why is this suddenly something that we should be concerned about?

He was only like $10 bucks, hardly big spending compared to lots of other deals.
