The recent upgrade downloaded yesterday ( 6/4/18) and today my 4* star shard card is gone. Come on game team get it back to me

If those steps don't cause your Card to reappear in the game, as was mentioned above, you should reach out to our Support Team for further assistance. You can submit a Support ticket by clicking on the gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the game's Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
