This another fix or have I just been so lucky as to never see it proc prior to today??

    Lucky. I've seen a few posts of it, the jist is just read his abilities. It proc's so little I always forget about it

    That’s a new update to his information ingame, but not his abilities. He’s always been able to go unstoppable.

    They could also have the Unfazed mastery. Not sure since there's no background on when this occurred in this case.

    Was in story quest, it’s in his signature ability now. Never saw it before and never had him go unstoppable prior that’s why I’m just curious when it changed.
