Even if the bundle says Owned: 0 you should still have one - I still have mine. It says Owned: 0 but I just checked my roster.

That makes no sense? No one has ever just deleted characters from your account unless it was you or someone who had access to your account... and it wasn’t Kabam. Show us proof. This post is ludicrous.
