Submit a suport ticket does nothing

Leader is gone. I was told here to submit a ticket to suport and i d become the leader; i did that, but the 24h passed and nothing, no more response. Its been 3 days already

Please give them a little longer to get back to you on the matter. They haven't ignored the ticket or anything of the sort, it just might take a bit time to hear back than you'd initially thought.
