Can't fully Explore 5.3 as I don't have a Mutant Key...

Hi All,

I am stuck at 97% completion for act 5.3 as I don't have a mutant key to explore one final path in 5.3.5. I looked everywhere and was not able to find, so wrote to Kabam team; they say that I consumed the key and then quit the game (which I don't remember doing, but might have done it as I did quit a couple of times). They said that they will look into it, and have forwarded a request to the game team to see if the key can be credited back to me.

Now I haven't heard back from them after following up a couple of times, I was wondering if there is any other way to get the Mutant Key? Don't think there will be a concept within such a big game where you can never finish content. Has this happened to anyone else?
I spent way too much time and resources finishing 5.3, and I will be heartbroken if I can't finish it now with only one path left. Any help is appreciated.

After my first run through and then going back for 100% I realised I had used some keys during my solo run.
All I had to do was go through the maps till I found the keys I wanted to be able to continue the maps before for 100%

I went through all the paths on 5.3 multiple times, also finished a few spending energy and few potions so that I can 'reset' them. But apparently you don't get a key if you have already consumed one. There are only limited number of keys = the number of portals. And if you quit the game after consuming a key; you can't finish 5.3. Which doesn't make sense for such a popular game, but that is what my understanding is (hope I am wrong).

I quit levels multiple times whilst using keys it just puts it back in your inventory, ( unless there’s new bug).
You’ll have to go to 5.4 to find one then like I did
