Ghost rider and Hyperion bugs

in Bugs and Known Issues
Ghost Rider is not connecting with 3rd hit from heavy attack.
Hyperion missing initial hit with special 1.

    I've noticed the Ghost rider bug makes it super annoying when trying to get off the heavy against stun immune champs
