Kabam doesn’t answer emails !! Only auto replay

I have been having issues with AW and been sending kabam tickets for the past 4 days and except an auto replay that they will answer my issue within 24 (which they don’t)
They should be ashamed of them selfs with all the money they charge that they don’t have a basic customer service!!!!

    When you submit a ticket to the Support Team, you will receive an automated reply to let you know that we have received your request. Depending on the volume and what you are needing assistance with, please allow up to 72 business hours for the Team to investigate and respond.
