Why can't I block after Ultron's function evade?

This is riduculous, I was baiting a skill symbiod's sp2 in map 5 on day 5 when he auto evaded halfway, and after that I couldn't even block and just ate sp2 till oblivion!!! From 75% health to ko, kabam this isn't right, u know. I make it a point to keep ultron healthy as my de facto lane clearer, first time this has happened to me.
