Duping a champion after you've placed him

What happens if you dupe a already placed champion in Placement? Will he gain the dupe upon Attack Phase?

No, they stay the same as when you placed.
Same thing if you change your masteries

So let me get this straight i can change ky masteries to a defenceve one then place my defenders and then change them back to a attack and my defendera will havr the first set of masteries

Yep. I think in top alliances they also boost up while placing. Pretty expensive to have to keep switching masteries just for aw tho
