My crystals are rigged

Whenever I open the gold pool crystals it never gives me anything apart from gold all the time no tickets no actual dead pool this is discriminatory please refund me I’ve opened at least 500 of these money wasting things please refund my account !!!

They’re not rigged, that’s just how the drop rates are setup for those crystals. If you view the drop rates, you can clearly see that you’re mostly just going to get gold from the crystals.

No there’s a 0.1% chance for goldpool and 0.4% chance for a gold ticket.... so 99.5% of the time you get gold. It’s really simple
