GR fate seal doesn't stop Hyp powergain

Just fought a hyp in aw on miniboss node 53 and despite my sp1 successfully fate sealing him he kept his power gain buff in addition to his increased powergain one from the node. Am l missing something that explains it?

    Increased powergain from the node isn't a buff, and it can't be sealed or nullified or anything.
    Not sure if fate seal actually nullifies buffs tho (never had a ghost rider yet)

    This is true. It will fate seal Hyp's power gain from his abilities but the node power gain is passive and can't be nullified.

    Information is correct above. If you want no power gain at all, I assume you know, use L3.

    Didn't expect it to nullify the enhanced powergain from the node but surely his buff should have been

    Sorry didn’t read it well. Ofcourse Hyperion own power gain buff should be gone if you apply L1. Any video on this?
