Arena Crystal units problem

I opened 2 arena crystals and got 90 units but I only got 45 units from them. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I need those units for hard quests so could you please look into this
problem?

Just restart the game, I've had this before

Every time I click off the crystals it shows them not going in, just restart

Don't know why but in my game they are missing 1000 units. I close the game, I try to earn others, close it again all day and nothing. What can I do?
