Bounty Mission found but it is not visible

I restarted the game many times but it is not visible in Event Quests section.
Bounty Missions is visible in main screen only.
We are missing 5* shards. You can compensate this with t2 alpha!

Visual bug. If there is no Summoner listed as the one who found the mission, then there is no mission.
