When you are at a lower aw difficulty tier they are visible.

Whether or not you can see you opponents depends on your tier. I think your opponents are hidden in Silver 1 and up.

Your opponents are under 1k AW rating and were Silver 2 in the first season. Appears you've dropped to a low enough tier to reveal opponents again...
