Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.

So I was fighting on the arena etc, and this happened.
Maybe it's some hidden mechanic that he's got but still, colossus should not be able to regen with willpower.

    Edit: Heal block works perfectly fine with other champions.
