I know infobot exist for the mastery help but I felt that I needed to ask community that may something more. I’m asking everyone to provide me with detailed of each mastery that gives the highest PI close to suicide mastery.

    PI is overrated but if you want very high PI without suicides, and then run 1 in WP and max Assassin, Precision, and Cruelty. That's a good start but expensive.
